Q: Where are you located?
 We are currently located on the Victorian/New South Wales border in a small country town.

Q: How many people work at Decisive Vinyl?
Decisive Vinyl consists of 2 owners. Although we both have other jobs, one of us works a full-time day job and is unable to assist with orders during the week, so only 1 person is usually processing orders unless we're extremely busy. 

Q: Can you come to me to do application jobs?
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we are unable to travel to do application jobs.

Q: Are you able to print full colour decals/stickers?
Yes! We sure can. We recently acquired new machinery which enables us to do full colour stickers/labels. 

Q: How long does it take for me to get my order?
Once you've placed your order via our website it can take up to 2 business days for us to process your order. All our decal options are made to order, so it takes us a lot longer to process our orders compared to other businesses. (If we are super busy it may take up to 3-4 business days.)

Q: I ordered a while ago and still haven't received my order, what do I do?
Please check your email to make sure you received a shipping confirmation first. This will include your tracking number if you selected a tracked shipping option. Can't find your email? Shoot us an email and we will help you out. Shipping is also taking a lot longer than usual due to current world circumstances. So they may take slightly longer than our estimates on our Shipping page. 

Q: I believe my order has been lost in transit, what do I do?
If you have reason to believe that there could be something wrong with your order or it's lost completely, please contact us immediately via email or our contact page. 

Q: Are you able to create a custom design for me or a logo?
This is something that we cannot do currently. We are just too busy to be able to take on design work. 

Q: I'm not too sure how to apply my decal or visor, can you help?
Most of the time our orders come shipped with instructions to help you apply your decal/visor, but if your order doesn't contain these instructions click here to go to our Instructions and Info page.

Q: I have a design already, are you able to create a decal from that design?
We may be able to help you out there if we aren't too busy. Send us an email with your design, details and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: Any chance I could get a freebie?
Best way to cop some freebies is to place an order with us. Every order placed receives a free decal or sticker.

Q: Do you guys offer vinyl wrapping?
At this point in time we are not offering any wrapping services.

Q: Can you make custom clothing?
At this point in time we are not offering custom clothing. We're trying to focus on improving the quality of our own clothing and our own branded merchandise.

Q: I received my decal and it doesn't seem to be sticking to the surface? What's wrong?
In rare cases the decal can be faulty. But most of the time you must ensure that before you apply the decal that the area is well cleaned and dried. Also do not use glass cleaner as it can leave a residue behind that causes this. We recommend using alcohol wipes to clean the area prior to doing the application. There are also certain surfaces that these kinds of decals won't adhere to. 

Q: Can you send me some promotional stuff? I'll get your name out there!
We don't usually send out free stuff as stated earlier, but in some circumstances we don't mind sending promotional merchandise if it's going to be a genuine promotion. Send us an email.

Q: Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes we definitely do! On our website we have options for both Bulk decals and Bulk stickers.

Q: I have sent you an email/message but have not gotten a reply? 
We try and answer all the messages we receive in a timely manner, but some days are busier then others and when we're extremely busy we like to leave the messages to come back to once we've caught up on previous work. If we miss your email/message, please do not take it personally. Only one of us answers and responds to all correspondence and we get hundreds of emails/messages.
